Overview

donotremindme ("we", "the bot") is a Telegram bot that helps you add events to Google Calendar by processing messages you send to it. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What data we process

• Message content you send to the bot (text or voice), used only to extract event details.
• Your Telegram user ID, used to associate bot sessions and Google Calendar authorization.
• Google OAuth tokens, stored securely and used only to write events to your calendar on your behalf.
• Extracted event details (title, date, time, location) that you explicitly confirm.

What we do not store

Message content and voice notes are processed in memory to extract event details and are not permanently stored. We do not read, index, or retain the content of messages beyond the duration of the extraction request.

Google Calendar access

The bot requests write access to your Google Calendar solely to create events you have confirmed. Access tokens are stored encrypted. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page .
